All products bought from our website are eligible for exchange or return.
In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 10 days of delivery.
In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team.

How to use a Toprico Credit Note:
Toprico Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page. On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'.
The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
The validity of the credit note is 12 months. Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
All footwear at toprico is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around the water.
Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag
Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
